01. Our Guarantee: The Connection
EventBoli operates on a “Pay on Acceptance” model. Our responsibility is to provide you with a genuine customer connection. We deduct credits only after a customer accepts your quote and unlocks their contact details. Converting that lead into a successful booking is entirely your responsibility.
02. Strictly Non-Refundable
To maintain platform integrity, refunds will NOT be issued under the following circumstances:
- You spoke with the customer, but they ultimately decided to hire someone else.
- The customer changed their mind, canceled their event, or postponed their dates after talking to you.
- The customer’s budget or exact requirements did not align with your final pricing during negotiation.
- You failed to secure the booking due to a mismatch in service offerings or availability.
03. Refund Eligible Scenarios
We actively protect our vendors from bad data. You may request a manual credit refund ONLY if:
- The contact number provided is completely invalid, disconnected, or clearly belongs to a wrong person.
- The customer completely ignores your calls and messages after multiple documented attempts over a 48-hour period.
04. How to Request & Proof Required
- Send an email to vendors@eventboli.com or contact Pune Support via WhatsApp within 3 days.
- You must provide proof to claim a refund (e.g., screenshots of unanswered WhatsApp messages, or a screenshot of your call log showing multiple failed attempts).
- Approved refunds are credited directly back to your wallet within 24-48 hours.
05. Review and Decisions
All refund requests are strictly reviewed by our support team. EventBoli reserves the right to make the final decision. Submitting fraudulent refund claims for genuine leads will result in immediate account suspension.
